If you feel you meet the criteria, please complete the pre-assessment form on this page.

Please then, download, read carefully, complete, and return to, our Client Information Form below.

Once you submit your pre-assessment, you will receive an email, please follow the instructions included in it.

Please note: if you wish to make an application for Legal-aid you will be asked to supply evidence, which will be explained. Once we receive your evidence we will ask you to book  a full Financial Assessment. This is done over the phone and does not take longer than 30-minutes.

All evidence must be returned before your MIAM. If you are eligible you will need to have your Financial Assessment and your MIAM in the same week.

Please do not book a MIAM until the office has confirmed they have all the required documentation from you to provide this service.
